Solid Fitness is a locally owned and operated semi-private personal training studio servicing the greater Denver area. Joshua Conn specializes in injury prevention, pre/post rehabilitation, weight loss, pain management and sports performance. Every program is targeted to our client’s unique movement patterns.

From the moment you walk into Solid Fitness's training studio you will know that we are not like most gyms or studios. We pride ourselves in having a well organized, semi-private studio without the distractions of a larger gym. We have all the latest training equipment and keep every session fun. After every session you will leave feeling as if you’ve accomplished something. Joshua Conn has over 12 years of fitness knowledge and refuses to believe that one size fits all or that a single program will work for everyone. Like a fingerprint, each person is different and can only reach maximum results when trained to their individual strengths and weaknesses.
How do we do this?
We will take you through an assortment of movement screens to determine your body’s strengths and weaknesses. These are different for everyone and depend on your reoccurring activities (ie: sitting for work, carrying a handbag, swinging a golf club, years of sports, etc). Once we determine your body’s movement patterns we will work to fix these imbalances through Joshua’s knowledge of how the body is supposed to work. We know you will find a decrease in PAIN and an increase in strength, as many of our clients can testify.
