My focus is to deliver comprehensive care that will get you back to being active, fit, and healthy. My commitment to helping others live a healthy active lifestyle started over 20 years ago. I started this journey by pursuing my bachelor’s degree in Exercise Physiology from the University of Connecticut. I worked as a Exercise Physiologist and Personal Trainer for 7 years helping people achieve their health and fitness goals. I spent another 3 years pursuing my Master's degree in Phyisical Therapy (MPT) from California State University - Sacramento and now I have over 10 years of experience as a Physical Therapist treating patients including children, weekend warriors, Olympic athletes, older adults and everyone in between. I also have advanced physical therapy certifications including my Orthopedic Certified Specialist (OCS) as well as specialty certifications in functional dry needling, Graston Technique, and Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA). I know how to relieve your pain and help you return to your daily activities, run better, and improve your overall fitness level.
I also have a wonderful wife and two amazing boys. I am a finisher of the Boston Marathon and Ironman Lake Placid. I love to spend free time outside being active including skiing, hiking, biking and running. I also have fun in the garage fixing whatever is broken or even building something from scratch.
