Joshua Conn has been a personal trainer in Denver for approaching two decades. He is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA). While being a personal trainer Joshua has worked with a variety of clients and athletes including high school basketball players, Lacrosse players, Skiers, Marathoners, U.S. Adventure racers and Minor League baseball players. After competing in powerlifting in his earlier years and injuring both of his shoulders and knees, he decided there had to be a better way to train. He has devoted his training career to finding some of the most beneficial methods of screening movements and training athletes to avoid injury or decrease pain.
Joshua is a Corrective Exercise Specialist focusing on increasing sports performance through various training methods. His skills are not limited to athletes, however, and believes everyone is an athlete in their own way.
When Joshua is not at the studio training clients he is competing in triathlons, hiking, climbing, mountain biking or traveling with his family.

PROFESSIONAL TRAINERS; SOLID FITNESS, LLC
Josh Conn’s greatest talent is his ability to train a wide range of clients, from an 82-year-old man in a walker to an adventure racer. He does all this through a technique that is individualized and targets the needs of clients’ different body compositions. His philosophy is based on the foundation that you don’t need a gym to have a great workout. Conn encourages clients to exercise outdoors or in the home when weather does not permit. His methods work well with those who have to travel and might not have access to a gym daily. Many of his current clients have chronic pain and with as little as one session with Conn, they can feel instant relief. He focuses on injury rehabilitation by correcting muscle imbalances and creating proper posture and alignment, getting clients back into a healthy lifestyle, including prior sports and activities they have missed out on due to an injury or chronic pain.
