Injury Free Personal Training
Don’t let pain hold you back from the things you love—whether that’s skiing, golfing, gardening, or simply moving comfortably through your daily life. Many of our clients come to us after years of discomfort, only to discover that with just a few focused training sessions, they can start feeling better instead of worse. Taking the step to have a Solid Assessment with us is your first move toward living pain-free.
At Solid Fitness, we guide you through a thorough movement and functional analysis to identify areas that need attention before diving into exercise. As part of this process, we use the Functional Movement Screen, developed by Gray Cook, to see how your body currently moves compared to how it’s designed to move. Everyone’s path to pain-free movement is unique, and once we understand your patterns, we can create a training plan that works specifically for you.
From the moment you walk through our doors, you’ll notice we’re different from larger gyms and studios. We keep the focus where it belongs—on you—without the distractions of a crowded space. Our sessions and classes use equipment like TRX suspension trainers, kettlebells, resistance bands, stability balls, and functional strength workouts (think CrossFit-style, but without the risk of injury).
Training Options
One-on-One Personal Training
Partner Training
Small Group Training
We can also arrange off-site training (pending availability), and offer convenient payment choices with monthly memberships or session packages.
