Annette G. - Personal Training
Annette is a lifelong athlete and trainer whose passion for movement, coaching, and human performance spans decades. Rooted in the world of team sports — and most deeply in soccer — she brings both elite experience and genuine enthusiasm to every client she works with.
Annette played Division I soccer at the University of Nebraska and went on to compete at the semi-professional level with two Colorado teams. Her coaching journey began early: she was just 16 when she started leading soccer and fitness camps, setting the foundation for a career built on expertise and heart.
With a National D Soccer License and certifications in spin, weight training, and yoga, Annette offers a truly well-rounded approach to fitness. She has spent 30 years in personal training and six years teaching group fitness classes, giving her a deep, firsthand understanding of injury, recovery, and prevention — as well as functional mobility, strength training, and holistic wellness.
Beyond the gym, Annette is an avid reader and insatiable learner who loves to travel and cherishes unhurried time with those she loves. Oh, and she's absolutely in love with her cat, Claus, who’s most definitely increased her quality of life.😊

Melissa MacDuff - Massage Therapy
Hi, My name is Melissa MacDuff. I have been a Massage Therapist in the state of Colorado since 2014 and I graduated from Colorado Institute of Massage Therapy in Colorado Springs. I am originally from Illinois and I relocated to Colorado in 2013 to be closer to the mountains. I am very passionate for helping others feel better in their day to day life, and curating plans to achieve those goals. I specialize in modalities such as Neuromuscular therapy, Prenatal, Oncology, and veteran care/ trauma informed care with PTSD. Massage therapy is deeply rooted in mind body connection and I believe its one puzzle piece of a bigger picture when it comes to recovery, stress and pain management, and overall wellness. I believe massage is for every single person, and there’s so many outstanding benefits to the results it provides. In my time outside of the studio, I am a mother and love spending time with family. I love music (playing instruments to singing to attending live shows), reading novels, gardening, crafting, film photography, and being outdoors as much as I can!
