I love Juli over at PaleOMG. I don't know her personally but I follow her online and think she is hilarious. A bit crude at times but overall keeps me laughing.
I find myself printing her recipes all the time, and when I actually try one, it turns out pretty darn good.
This recipe I find I usually have ingredients for so can be a last minute meal for us. I haven't, however, made the meatballs from scratch like the recipe says to do. I have been buying some pineapple teriyaki chicken meatballs at Costco that are tasty. Of course, I first bought them without reading the ingredients (it says "all natural" on the label so I just trusted) only to out find later that the 2nd ingredient is sugar. Who even needs sugar in meatballs?! If you have pineapple in them to add sweetness, why the added sugar?! So, I suppose if you choose to buy a meatball be sure you check the ingredients. Otherwise, make them like Juli suggests. It doesn't add much time.
